PRO was formed in 1992 when Joe Castagno’s all-male leads group joined with Jean Grant’s all-female leads group. Their success is evident in the stability and longevity of this combination and the long-term memberships of many of the businesses.
People join Peninsula Referral Organization (PRO) when they experience the professionalism, integrity, sincerity and sense of humor of the members. They stay because they enjoy the information sharing, support and camaraderie as much as the leads.
